To all my beautiful daughters, I write this letter to you
Lift up your heads and set your shoulders straight
Through all of life’s struggles and adversities 
You have survived and overcome

A BROTHER

A brother is the first man to love you,
 when no father is there
A brother will protect you, when trouble comes near
A brother has dressed you when you were small
A brother can make you feel ten feet tall
A brother will take you out on a date
A brother tells your boyfriend,
don’t bring my sister home too late
There are so many other things a brother can be
But I thank God for giving a brother like you to me	
			

THE GREATEST PERSON IN THE WORLD

You showed me how to tie my shoe
And how to catch a ball
You taught me how to ride a bike
And how to drive a car
But most of all you taught me
That no matter come what may
You will always be there for me
Each and every day
To the greatest person in the world
My dad, I love you

You are my most cherished gift to myself
My very breathe was used to give you life
Every good and perfect part of me is mirrored in you
You were created in my image and likeness
I gave you intelligence, strength,

wisdom, creativity, talents, 
     and so many other marvelous qualities
You are my greatest self-portrait

ALL IN ONE	

A mother can give comfort and shelter	 
A father can protect and defend	
A brother can share and lend a helping hand	
A sister can listen and give advice	
A friend can encourage and sympathize	
But none can give more	
Or be more to us	
Than the Lord, Jesus Christ	
For only in Him can be found	
All in one	 

GOD
Trust in God with all your heart 
Know that He is and will always be 
In Him is perfection 	        	   
No one can change God
God’s strength is demonstrated
On the top of the highest mountain
And in the deepest ocean
His mercy is continuous and forever
His love is seen in the bluest of skies
Right down to the greenest of pastures
From a robin’s song	                       
To a baby’s laughter
God’s presence is felt	       	

GOD’S GIFT TO MAN		

God’s gift to man			
Was giving man the ability to know Him 		
God touched man		
And made man one with Himself		
God enabled man		
To look up and see 		
The wonders of His work		
Man’s righteousness was born
From God’s love	

NO GREATER LOVE

No greater love can be found	
Than the love shown to us by Jesus 
For He not only laid down His life for us	
But He gave us the promise of eternal life	
Through His blood	
We are delivered from all things	
From His resurrection	
We have the victory over death	
Since He is on the right hand of the Father	 
We have everlasting forgiveness	
Surely, there is no greater love	
Than the love of Jesus	
Because His love for us	
Never changes
